Some of My Favorite Things

Every now and then, something clicks—whether it’s a book, a movie, or a moment that reminds us just how powerful inspiration can be. This season, I’ve been feeling especially charged and wanted to share a few things that have truly shifted my perspective, pushed me to act, or simply reminded me why I believe in what I do. Maybe they’ll do the same for you.

🧠 The Telepathy Tapes

Okay, wow. These blew my mind in the best way. Listening to these felt like receiving a warm, cosmic confirmation that everything I believe about the unseen world is valid and deeply real. The way they frame energetic connection and non-verbal communication gave me chills—like I was hearing truths I’ve always known but hadn’t yet put into words. If you're curious about intuition, connection, and the extraordinary nature of consciousness, this is a must.

💸 You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero (book)

This book didn’t just sit pretty on my shelf—it gave me a serious push. Don’t le the title fool you. This book is so much more than making money. Sincero’s no-BS approach to owning your worth lit a fire under me. So much so, it gave me the final nudge I needed to launch my solo mediumship show. In the book she poses the question, “What’s the scariest next move you can do to push you outside your comfort zone.” She also talks about not growing if you’re not uncomfortable. It resonated with me so much I scared the heck out of myself and hosted a Night of Spirit Message. That leap felt massive, but her words reminded me: confidence is a decision.

🏔️ Touching the Void (movie)

This film has a grip on my soul. It is must see viewing for me.  I revisit it every few years, and it never fails to stir something primal in me. But this year hit differently: I watched it with my kids. Seeing them process the rawness, the resilience, and the terrifying beauty of this true survival story felt like passing on a secret map of human courage. Something about this story—maybe its honesty, maybe its sheer willpower—has changed my brain chemistry. Every time.

These pieces of inspiration came into my life like quiet earthquakes—shifting something deep beneath the surface. I hope at least one of them finds its way into your world, right when you need it.

What’s been inspiring you lately?

With love and light,

Jessica
